more toddler recipes!  
Ingredients:
1/2 lb(dry) small macaroni elbows
1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
8 oz cheddar cheese shreds
1/4 cup (a little less than) whole wheat flour
1/4 chopped cooked broccoli
1 can tuna (you could use leftover baked chicken shreded, tofu or go veg and double the broccoli!)
plain bread crumbs
parm for garnish

directions:

preheat oven to 350. cook mac elbows. when finished, drain and set aside in a casserole dish or baking pan. put milk and butter in a pot or sauce pan. melt the butter but dont let the milk boil. when butter is melted at the cheese shreds and mix with a wisk. when cheese is melted add the whole wheat flour. when sauce has thickened add to macaroni in the dish, mix. then combine the tuna and broccoli with the noodle/cheese mixture. add a large spoon full of plain bread crumbs and mix. sprinkle the top with bread crumbs and parm. bake for 20 mins or until bread crumbs are lightly golden and crispy.
